Terms of Participation

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PLACING OR MAKING A BET IS NOT A CONDITION OF ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Playbook Football Jersey Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is governed by these Terms of Participation (“Terms”) and is subject to all applicable U.S. and Canadian federal, state, provincial and local laws. Void where prohibited.

Organizer

The Giveaway is organized by Better Collective USA, Inc., with a registered office at 61 West 23rd Street, Second Floor, New York, New York 10010 (the “Organizer”). The Organizer is the owner and operator of actionnetwork.com and the @Playbook account on X (formerly Twitter).

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with X or any other third-party social media platform. All questions or complaints must be directed to the Organizer at feedback@actionnetwork.com.

Eligibility

  1. The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
    • are at least 21 years old at the time of entry; and
    • are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Washington, D.C., or Canada, excluding Quebec.
  2. Employees of the Organizer (including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees) are ineligible to participate.
  3. By participating in the Giveaway, you (“Participant,” “You,” “Your”) fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms, the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, and all decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding. You agree that winning a Prize requires full compliance with these Terms, Privacy Policy and all Giveaway requirements.

Start and Closing Date

The Giveaway begins on September 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”).

How to Participate

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. PLACING OR MAKING A BET IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY.

  1. To enter, eligible Participants must complete all three of the following steps. Completing all three steps constitutes one (1) Eligible Entry:
    • follow @Playbook on X during the Giveaway Period;
    • repost the designated Giveaway post published on the @Playbook X account; and
    • send the Playbook X account a direct message containing a screenshot of their Playbook play (i.e., a Playbook-generated Betslip) that includes the @Playbook tag.
  2. Limit one (1) Eligible Entry per Participant per day during the Giveaway Period. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period and satisfy all entry requirements.
  3. The Playbook-generated betslip may be created without placing or making a bet. A participant does not need to place, make, or pay for a bet to enter or win.
  4. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.

Selection of Winners & Odds

  1. Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  3. If a selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

  1. The total prize pool for the Giveaway is USD $300 (the “Prize Pool”).
  2. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Fanatics gift card with a value of US$100, intended toward the purchase of a professional football jersey.
  3. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Canadian winner(s) must correctly answer a skill-testing question before being declared a winner and receiving the prize.
  5. Winners may be publicly announced on the @Playbook X account within 21 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
  6. Winners will be contacted by direct message on X and must provide any information reasonably required to award the prize within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond or provide the required information may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
  7. Any taxes arising from receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, to the extent applicable by law.

Skill Testing Question (Canada Only)

To comply with Canadian law, all Canadian Participants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a Winner and claim a Prize. The Organizer will provide the question to the Winner via direct message, email, or other communication method, and the Winner must respond correctly without assistance from any electronic device or other person. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Privacy

By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described below.

To administer the Giveaway and distinguish participants, we may collect and process your personal information, including your email address, first and last name, social media handles (such as X), engagement data and any materials submitted as part of the Giveaway. If you are selected as the Winner, you will be required to provide your personal and/or other payment account information, as determined by the Organizer, solely for the purpose of awarding the Prize.

We do not sell or rent personal information and will only share it as necessary to administer the Giveaway or fulfill the Prize.

If you are selected as a Winner, the Publicity section of these Terms applies to the use of your name, username, likeness, social media handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, a Winner grants the Organizer permission to use the Winner’s name, X username, likeness, social media handle, and submitted content to announce the Giveaway winners and for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

Force Majeure

If events beyond anyone’s control - including, but not limited to - natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures - affect the Giveaway, the Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel it. Prizes may not be awarded in these cases, and the Organizer will not be liable for any resulting loss. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants of material changes.

Disputes:

Any issues not explicitly addressed in these Terms will be resolved at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to:

  1. Good Faith Resolution: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable time.
  2. Mediation First: If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third party.
  3. Arbitration if Mediation Fails: If mediation fails within 30 days, binding arbitration will be conducted under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules in New York.
  4. Individual Resolution: Disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions are waived.

General Conditions

  1. The Organizer may disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms, interferes with the Giveaway, manipulates the entry process, or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
  2. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
  3. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically compromised entries, or for outages or failures of X or other systems outside its reasonable control.

Liability & Warranties

By participating in the Giveaway, Participants release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any liability for errors, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the use of any Prize.

The Giveaway and Prizes are provided “AS IS” without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply locally.

Modification and Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway and its rules at any time without prior notice. However, the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to inform the Participants of any changes by posting updates on its X account and/or via email.

Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
