There’s a new leader atop the 2020 SuperContest Gold standings after Week 9. Thanks to a perfect 5-0 performance, ‘Invisible 1’ jumping to the top of the SuperContest Gold leaderboard with an overall record of 30-14-1. He’s now the frontrunner in the race for the winner-take-all $360,000 prize.

‘Invisible 1’ entered the week in a tie for fourth place, but his 5-0 result vaulted him to the top of the SuperContest Gold standings. That perfect record came from selecting the Green Bay Packers (-6.5), Carolina Panthers (+10.5), Jacksonville Jaguars (+7), New York Giants (+2.5), and New Orleans Saints (+4.5). ‘Invisible 1’ now has 30.5 points on the season and a half-point lead over second place.

‘Invisible 1’ moving to the top of the SuperContest Gold leaderboard is only part of the big news to come out of Week 9. ‘AndrewScalzi2,’ who had been in first place for three consecutive weeks, went 0-5 on the week and dropped back into a tie for second place. In Week 9, ‘AndrewScalzi2’ picked the Seattle Seahawks (-3), Pittsburgh Steelers (-14), Arizona Cardinals (-5), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-4.5), and New England Patriots (-7).

The 72 contestants in the 2020 SuperContest Gold are all playing for the winner-take-all $360,000 top prize. Last year, ‘Walter Payton’ topped the 128-entry field to win the 2019 SuperContest Gold’s $585,000 first-place prize.
